A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and renewals
Develop custom engagement initiatives to drive user adoption and meet customer needs
Analyze customer engagement metrics to communicate value and identify opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Client Services at a SaaS organization
Experience in the employee benefits space, particularly with People Operations/Benefits customers
Experience managing large- to enterprise-sized customer accounts
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
