A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success to lead customer onboarding and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the customer onboarding process for new clients
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates
Lead a team focused on managing customer success for large group practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role within customer success or related fields
Proven experience working with small and medium businesses (SMB)
Preference for candidates with B2B SaaS experience
Proficiency in customer success software platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a STEM field; MBA is a plus
