A company is looking for a Senior Implementation and Improvement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive organization-wide operational excellence and continuous improvement
Proactively identify new and emerging organizational improvement areas/needs
Assure improvement efforts result in desired, measurable results
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of relevant business experience, including 5+ years in consulting or process improvement
Proven success in driving measurable outcomes on process improvement or technical optimization
Strong understanding of data-driven business process analysis and improvement
Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with leadership and stakeholders
Results-oriented with a willingness to take initiative and get the job done
