A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Collaboration & Messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning, implementation, and service management of IT collaboration and messaging services
Manage various collaboration platforms ensuring their availability and up-to-date status
Build and develop a global team while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to SLAs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
8 to 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in management of collaboration and messaging services
Experience in building and managing productive teams and implementing projects in messaging and document storage applications
Strong background in vendor management and integrated client experiences
Proven ability to engage with IT and business customers effectively
