Six people are in hospital as police deal with an active shooter on a university campus in Florida.

Of the injured, one is said to be in a critical condition, according to a local hospital.
Videos showed people running through traffic, fleeing the scene, around the time of the shooting at the student union at Florida State University’s campus in Tallahassee.
