So, on the back of a three month battle with medical aid over a pmb procedure, I was cc’d in a email today between them, accounting and the scheme senior services manager who are raking the specialist over the coals because of an approved procedure, which they are also contracted to scheme and thier decision to charge patients an additional flat fee.
