Two South Africans who started a light aircraft giant by flying prototype planes around the world — twice
Aviator Mike Blyth and adventurer James Pitman are the two founders of Sling Aircraft, a South African company that has produced and sold over 1,400 light aircraft.
Blyth’s fascination with flight began at an early age, inspired by his father, who was a pilot in the Royal Air Force.
