South Africans can’t drive
South Africa has, for the second year in a row, ranked the world’s most dangerous country to drive in, with reckless and drunken driving significantly contributing to the carnage on the country’s roads.
This was revealed in Zutobi’s The World’s Safest and Most Dangerous Roads report. It also highlighted low seatbelt use in South Africa as a major contributor to road fatalities.
