A company is looking for a Standard Apps Tier 1 Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and email inquiries, providing accurate solutions
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed
Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a contact center, customer service, or related field preferred
Proficiency in using CRM software and communication platforms
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Experience with Zendesk is preferred
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
