Over the last few months I’ve had consecutive bad service incidents with Takealot, which is weird as they have previously been rather excellent, so I wonder…
I’ve had delivery issues (which I’ve never had) but the last and worst was buying a set of cheaper Phillips in ear buds for R500, they worked fine but then started disconnecting intermittently and there was occasionally an echo on music which was not there before.
