A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I to provide technical support assistance for software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal staff
Triage support requests via email, phone, and live chats, and escalate issues as needed
Assist with user acceptance testing and create reports on program status
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a two-year degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
High school diploma is required
2+ years of experience in software support, help desk, or customer service
Familiarity with relational databases and the software development cycle
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and help desk software is preferred
