Thinking of moving to the Western Cape but wondering if you should wait for “Cape Independence”? I wonder if it will ever happen.
Got my eye on inland spots, and I’m leaning toward going now. Property prices are climbing and Western Cape homes gained 3.4% in value last year and waiting could price me out. Plus, with private hospitals that can handling chronic health needs, I’d have stability sooner, not later.
But the big question is its possible Independence? It’s a long shot and legal…
