We are moving into a new place and now the landlord is only giving us 1 set of keys and keeping the other. The second set also has a remote for the alarm. From what I’ve read they landlord is allowed to keep a set but shouldn’t we be given a second set if there are two tenants?
There is nothing in the lease agreement about the keys
