Cyril Ramaphosa’s bullet train still stuck at the station
The South African government has completely missed its goal of launching high-speed passenger rail services by 2025.
The initial deadline for the launch of a bullet train network came after President Cyril Ramaphosa’s 2019 State of the Nation Address.
