A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on operationalizing Availity Editing Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large scale initiatives to improve performance, financial gains, and customer satisfaction
Facilitate optimization of business unit performance through alignment of policy, process, and technology
Perform detailed analysis of data and workflows to execute initiatives effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred
Five to seven years of related experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
Experience with healthcare transactions within Medicare/Medicaid
Familiarity with healthcare provider and payer portals, preferably Availity Essentials
Experience in training, presenting, and facilitating
