Vodacom victory in case against Please Call Me idea-man
The Constitutional Court has ruled that the Supreme Court of Appeal has failed in its “duty of proper consideration” in the case between Kenneth Nkosana Makate and Vodacom.
In a unanimous decision, it ordered that the Supreme Court must re-hear the case with a differently constituted panel of judges.
