A company is looking for a part-time Intake Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and facilitate the intake process for tele-therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inside sales of tele-therapy services via phone, text, and email
Coordinate appointments and register patients for therapy sessions
Provide post-sales support to ensure a positive patient experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of inside sales or related experience
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Empathy-driven relationship building skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Technologically savvy and capable of using multiple software programs simultaneously
