A company is looking for an Interim Contracts Manager with extensive experience in the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including CDAs, consulting agreements, and SOWs
Act as the primary contact for all commercial agreements for the research and sales teams
File all agreements in the company’s contract management system, Agiloft
Required Qualifications
Excellent academic credentials, including a four-year degree from a well-respected university
Seven or more years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for life sciences clients
Experience working with a contracts management system, comparable to Agiloft
