A company is looking for a Louisiana Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LPC) for a full-time remote position in their Substance Use Disorder Program.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide individual counseling and group therapy for adolescents and adults
Collaborate with healthcare providers and advocate for members’ needs
Qualifications
Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Louisiana
Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
Background in maternal and substance abuse is preferred
Experience working with adults and adolescents
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
