A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative with Meditech experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing billing inquiries and resolving complaints
Process patient billing inquiries, explain charges, and facilitate resolution of discrepancies
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a customer service specialist, preferably in a medical setting
Knowledge of medical benefits, revenue collection, and patient records
Familiarity with insurance company payment processes and billing requirements
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
