A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor for Shared Services with a focus on Medtech.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations for payment posting, customer service, and correspondence
Ensure compliance with client policies, HIPAA, and performance standards
Facilitate training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of team members
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting within the last six months
At least 2 years of experience in physician payment posting and customer service
Must complete HFMA CRCR and CSPR certifications within 90 days
