Please Call Me’s Nkosana Makate goes back to court
Please Call Me idea-man Nkosana Kenneth Makate’s legal battle with his disputed former litigation funder has taken a new turn, with Black Rock Mining conditionally agreeing to stay arbitration.
The concession comes in a letter dated 3 March 2026 from SN Mnguni Attorneys Inc, which represents Black Rock and former Makate legal funder, Errol Elsdon, in the dispute.
