Key Responsibilities
Manage the compliance program for various financial products and services
Oversee the professional development and performance of direct reports
Develop partnerships with business stakeholders to support compliance and business initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; Juris Doctor or Master’s degree preferred
10 years of progressively responsible experience in a compliance function within the insurance, banking, or finance industry
3 years of experience managing and developing a team
