A company is looking for a Project Lead, Learning and Training to oversee learning initiatives and represent the team within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with Operations Managers and team leads to align action plans with continuous improvement goals
Implement tools and processes to support successful outcomes and evaluate production results using continuous improvement methodologies
Serve as a central communicator to promote vision and strategy while fostering a culture aligned with the company’s core values
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in delivering projects/programs in a learning environment
1+ years of leadership experience with direct reports or project teams
2+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive insights and improvements
2+ years of experience working with remote teams across multiple disciplines
Operational improvement/Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
