Hi all, I had a MS 365 Business Basic subscription that was deleted by Microsoft due to non-payment, I have re-activated the subscription but I can’t get my files back. I contacted support via the admin portal but they insist the files have been deleted and can’t be recovered to which I strongly disagreed.
The files aren’t there in OneDrive and there’s no deleted Sharepoint site that appears. How do I recover my files from the cloud-OneDrive?
