A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to provide technical guidance and support in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and their capabilities
Engage with clients to assess their technical landscape and assist with onboarding and implementation
Support sales teams by addressing technical questions and enhancing presentations with product knowledge
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in the SaaS or education technology sector
Strong background in IT and/or network administration, including familiarity with Active Directory and Mobile Device Management
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in consulting, solution architecture, or professional services is highly preferred
